Story
SKSN is a school in Rajasthan, India for children and young adults with disabilities. It is supported by Indiability Foundation.
Most of the children at SKSN come from extremely poor families. They live hand-to-mouth and can barely afford food. They have no money to buy toiletries and other necessities. This is especially challenging because many of them have very severe disabilities.
Over the last five years we have been supporting the children through the following projects: collecting and delivering second-hand prosthetic legs; building toilets in the houses of 36 severely disabled children and providing sanitary pads for 50 girls for a year.
We are currently trying to raise £7.00 per child to buy a wash bag with all the basic things we take for granted: Wash bag, Soap, Soap box, Toothbrush, Toothbrush box, Toothpaste, Shampoo, Hair oil, Comb, Nail clippers and Deodorant.
Our goal is to pay for 1 wash bag for evey child and young adult at SKSN
Anything you can do to contribute would be really appreciated.
Thank you for being interested in this project.
