As a group of four friends and members of Cycle4Christ Cycling Club we are undertaking this adventure together to ensure CLIC Sargent can continue to assist local families in the midst of fighting a cancer diagnosis.
CLIC Sargent fights tirelessly to stop cancer destroying young lives and we are proud to be able to assist in a small way raising money through this iconic cycling adventure.
The Challenge
This totally unique cycling challenge will start at CLIC Sargent's London Home from Home, Paul’s House.
Paul’s House is a haven for families when their child is going through cancer treatment. It’s free, close to the principal treatment centre which is often many miles from a family’s own home. It allows young cancer patients to be close to their families at a difficult time, when they need each other most.
For every £33 we raise, CLIC Sargent will be able to pay for a family to stay in a Home from Home, just like Paul’s House for one night.
After setting off from Paul’s House we will pedal our way through the beautiful British and French countryside, before finishing under the Eiffel Tower.
