As I'm sure you will be aware by now my mate of almost 40 years Steve Black has recently been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

In my attempt to continue to raise awareness and funds for research I'm taking part in this years Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon on Sunday 14th May.

I know that Steve, his family and myself would appreciate any support you can offer.
