Here we are again, almost a year on from the boxathon, where we raised almost £13,000 for The Frank Bruno Foundation.

The battle continues to knockout the stigma attached to mental health and letting people know that it's ok to not be ok.

This time our team, including Frank, will be taking on Ben Nevis...watch this space and thank again for all the support.
