We fund life saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  Anyone who knows me well will know my wife suffers from a rare medical condition called Mixed Connective Tissue Disease.  This is an auto-immune condition which impacts around 3 in 100,000 people.  Symptoms are wide ranging but include significant deterioration and stress upon both lungs and heart respectively.

I am attempting to raise money for the British Heart Foundation with a challenging 74 mile off-road bike ride from London to Brighton next Saturday (20th September).

I warmed up for this event on 7th September by completing the 54 mile on-road version of the London to Brighton event with a personal donation to the British Lung Foundation.   I am now seeking your support for this tougher challenge on behalf of the British Heart Foundation.  All contribution large or small will be going towards an excellent cause, combating conditions which impact most families at some stage or other.
