During lock-down, I decided to get back into fighting shape after many years of sitting idle. I felt horrible about my fitness, and it also affected my mental health and sense of wellbeing. I decided to do something about it. I got back into Boxing. From sprints and pad work at 5am in the local car park to rowing to cycling to work everyday, My health has never been better. But others were not so fortunate during nor since Covid lockdown, both physically and mentally.
I am fortunate to be able to do what I've done and I would like to help others, specifically youth, benefit from certain resources which most don't currently have access.
I am competing in a boxing match and raising money for a cause that is important to me - supporting the mental health of inner city youth. Please join me in supporting this wonderful charity and the good work they do for the youth of London and beyound.
