Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Cycling from Lands End to John O'groats.

I, along with my brother and dad, will be cycling the 981 miles from the most southerly point in the UK to the most northerly point. We will take two weeks (15 days) between the 9th and 24th of August to complete the journey, covering an average of 65.4 miles a day, and spending an average of around 7 hours in the saddle each day.

We will be riding for The Stroke Association. Over the past 10 years alone, The Stroke Association has invested £21 millinon into research into stroke prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and long-term care.
