Last year, I did a duathlon over lockdown - cycling 50 miles and running a half marathon. this year I am going to add in a 1 mile swim in a loch, making it up to an Iron Man 70.3.

It is going to be exhausting!!!

But totally worth it to make a difference in the lives of the children and young people we serve in East Africa.

This year has been so hard for the children at our partner schools and we have been hearing so many  difficult reports of abuse, loss and hardship.

Let's show our support and encouragement to our team in Uganda by journeying together to Uganda...
