After recent events involving the Fire engine from blaenavon the crew from the station decided to organise a walk to raise money for the Wales air ambulance. The air ambulance insured that the officer in charge of the blaenavon fire engine was transfered to hospital quickly. He also recived great medical attention from the crew of the air ambulance and it's because the efforts of the fire crews that attended the paramedics and air ambulance that our watch manager is making a speedy recovery.
