On the 11th of July I will be participating in the Fountain to Fountain walk - an 18-mile walk from Letchworth Garden City and to Welwyn Garden City. I enjoy walking and would like to raise money to help support Isabel Hospice as it's a great charity and helps lots of people. I’ll be so pleased if you can spare a few pounds to help me reach my goal of £100. Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 340,000 people who live in eastern Hertfordshire. Hospice care is about helping people to live well for as long as possible and have a good death in the place of their choice when the time comes. Without your help, we could not make this possible for our patients and their families. Each year we care for around 1,855 people but we know there are even more people that need our help.
