Story

Hello beauties,

During the Covid-19 pandemic I have been thinking about the victims of domestic abuse. It breaks my heart to think in their moments of strength, support may be inaccessible to victims due to stretched resources and under-funding. The last few months have, at times, made me feel moments of loneliness, these moments pale in comparison to the reality that many women in the UK were living in fear of abuse. On the 17th of August I will begin to walk the Camino de Santiago, these 500 miles won’t be easy but Women’s Aid deserve every penny raised.

Please show your support by donating to Women’s Aid today.

When I was a child my parents brought myself and my five siblings on this walk. I’m pretty sure were the youngest children on record to walk the Camino de Santiago and I have beautiful but very hazy memories of it, as I was only 7. Since doing the walk my eldest sister, Ruby, passed away and I will walk every mile in memory of her. x
