Story
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.I'm raising money to make sure people with cancer get the support they need at this really difficult time.Screenings have been missed, treatments have been altered and surgeries postponed. For some there will be unbearable mental anguish as they learn that their cancer is no longer treatable or survivable. You can make a difference.Maggie's provides free support to people with cancer and their loved ones in centres across the UK.My husband Sandy was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer in June 2018 and died 6 months later. We were supported during that time by Maggie’s and after his death their support continued for me. I owe them a lot as I try to adjust to a new life without my soul mate. Please donate. With your help, we can make sure people with cancer get the support they need.
