Story

Mrs Webber was a very special member of our teaching team at Loxwood School. She inspired, nurtured and challenged our Year 6 class until August 2020 when she was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

We are taking up a whole-school challenge for every child to walk a mile for her, to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association West Sussex North Branch who help to support both her and her family.

Can you help us by sponsoring our children to walk a mile around our lovely school grounds on 7th April 2022?

Or why not take on the challenge yourself or with your family at home, walk even further in the Easter holidays to raise money for the amazing MNDA?  Mrs Webber would love to hear about what you have been doing - take a photo we can share with her!

Every penny we raise will make a difference to people with MND and their families. You could fund vital research to help us find a cure, and help support people living with MND now.
