We are proud to partner with RED January this year, helping motivate people to get active every day in January to support their mental health. Whether its running 5k or walking to work a new way, a morning swim or just taking your bike for a swim.

Story

Children, staff and parents at Walgrave Primary School are taking on the RED January challenge, being active every day to raise money for my local mental health charity, Mind In Croydon.
