We have been training for 10 hard months, grinding out hundreds of miles per week, scaling some of the UK's highest peaks as we hone our bodies towards athletic perfection in readiness for this monumental challenge. 

Five of the most perfect human specimens now poised like Olympic 100m finallists ready to explode into action.

Or we could just be five bang average folk utterly winging it, having crammed in a few cheeky training rides and packed some vaseline and a few spare inner tubes.

Either way, we'd love your support as we attempt to cycle North (Lllandudno) to South Wales (Cardiff) in three days from 16-19 September. 

We'll be doing it to raise funds for sustainable sports charity Planet Earth Games Trust who will use the funds to launch community plogging events - that's picking up litter and jogging -  to help engage communities in wellbeing and sustainability.

Every fiver or tenner will go to good use.
