We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

We are Wais Zamani and Jamie Leigh Dodds and we both work Potens Tyne Area. We set our self an extreme challenge as part of Potens 30th birthday celebrations!  Our challenge is to run the distance between all services in the Tyne area. This equates to a whopping 100 miles!

We are going to be raising money for  Cancer Research UK, Mental Health Matters, Mencap, and Time to Change.

Potens is an independent social care organisation supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex needs.  This year the organisation is celebrating its 30th year of delivering specialist community, supported living, respite, day opportunities and residential services acros the UK.

To mark the occasion, we set ourself this extreme challenge which will see us complete this 100 miles during the 13th -19th May. Potens will be keeping you all updated

via social media so please follow us on Facebook @PotensUK and Linked In @Potens_UK  and Twitter at  #WaisExtremeChallenge

For us this is a real first and the sessions are going to be an extreme challenge to him. Busy training, Iam pushing himself to the limits to raise money to make a difference.

Please sponsor us and help us make as much money as possible for the chosen charities!
