The Fair Earth Foundation CIO, a registered UK charity, runs a special challenge, every month, to climb El Teide, the third highest volcano in the world. This is a gruelling, arduous challenge but the view at night of the stars and the breaking dawn over the magnificent crater make it consistently the single best experience of our volunteers in Tenerife over the last thirty years - thousands have taken up the challenge!!

The charity I am raising money for is Archelon - the greek turtle conservation chairty. They do endless work to educate locals and tourists, survey turtle nests and protect and rehabilitate injured turtles. Even through lockdown they have done unmatched work for conservation.
