JOB DONE ...did it in 2:05 ..not a pb but it will do seeing as got the old Snowdonia marathon next Sat!!!!  THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS DONATED!!

On 16th October I will be taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon with a few of the gang from my running club - the Sospan Road Runners!

....I decided to raise some money for Parkinson's UK as my Grandad has suffered from the disease for some years now .. and it also affects a close friend's Dad.  It is not pleasant and it can also affect young people too which I didn't even think about until I started to dig around on the internet.  There is no cure for Parkinson's at the moment so money is always needed to carry on research to try to find one...you can read more about Parkinson's UK at: http://www.parkinsons.org.uk/events

 So I would very much appreciate any pennies you can spare towards this great charity!!!... Cheers everyone...!!
