We raise funds for mental health support to improve the wellbeing of young athletes.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The plan is to cycle around mainland Britain, from my living room. I am going to cover a total of 1780 miles on an exercise bike and I'm challenging myself to complete this in 1 week.

My target is to raise £1 for every mile I cover.

Sporting Wellness raises awareness and provides support to enable positive mental health in sportspeople aged 16 or over. We provide fully funded 1-1 support through our healthcare provider Health Assured, and encourage a community where athletes have a greater awareness of mental health.
