Story

I'd never heard of Combat Stress before I married my soldier.... Its a Charity that does amazing work supporting our military and helping those effected by what they have done or seen protecting our Country.

Those who know me, know my love for cake, vodka and wine.. and my complete dislike for anything energetic.  I am a couch potato, I don't deny it... but feel inspired to do something to support those who put themselves on the line for the British Public without a second thought.

Combat Stress are the leading Veterans' mental health charity in the UK provided treatment for ex-Service personnel suffering with mental ill-health including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression. It doesn't matter how young or old you are, where you Served, or whether you saw combat - Combat Stress may be able to help. If you are the loved one or carer of an ex-Service man or woman, there's support for you too
