Six years ago my Dad was diagnosed with Prostate cancer, which was only about a year after my Mum had passed away with cancer.
Luckily my Dad was diagnosed early and was successfully treated at Bristol over about ten weeks. He is now clear and only has a PSA test once a year.
Doing this ride is my way of ensuring more Dads, brothers, husbands and uncles are able to be treated and survive this disease and to say thank you to the fine work that Prostate Cancer UK does.
