Nicola & I have decided to take the Tough Mudder challenge to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support - a fantastic charity who raise money to help families coping with cancer. We are part of the 'Tough Boots' team along with a few other keen/crazy Boots colleagues! 

This ain't gonna be easy - Tough Mudder is a hardcore 12 mile obstacle course - we'll be tackling, amongst many others, the 'Boa Constrictor' (crawling through narrow muddy pipes), the 'Arctic Enema' (plunging into a freezing ice pool) and 'Electroshock Therapy' (sprinting through a field of live wires). In short, it's known as PROBABLY THE TOUGHEST EVENT ON THE PLANET.

So pleeeeease take pity on us, and help us raise loads of cash for Macmillan!! (Or pay our hospital fees if it all goes wrong!)
