Guide Dogs is a great charity.  We all take our sight for granted...up until we don't have it and Guide Dogs help people who are blind and partially sighted can enjoy the same freedom as everyone else. 

I've been meaning to cycle 100 miles for years, but I always bottle out and end up cycling 100 km instead...well, this is the year I do it and I'll raise money at the same time.
