Dentaid are working hard to improve the oral health of some of the very poor and underpriviliged in the world, please help me raise funds for them. Having recently returned from Tanzania, volunteering through Bridge2aid, I have seen the huge need first hand and not only would like to help there again, but also would like to help Dentaid in their work worldwide as both are excellently run charities doing great work.

This challenge involves climbing mount Sinai (2265m high) and treking 41km over 4 days in difficult terrain, including routes taken by Moses on his 40yr trek! It doesn't sound easy, but then doing it (and training in Norfolk!) is all part of this interesting challange.
