We support people affected by bipolar to improve understanding & raise awareness

Story

Bipolar Scotland has improved my and my family's quality of life immeasurably. We would be delighted if you would sponsor us the Glasgow Kiltwalk 2025.

I began attending a Bipolar Scotland support group in 2015, after diagnosis. I have been facilitating a group myself now, since 2018, and sit on the charity's board.

The charity provides community, collective knowledge and continuity of care. It fights to destigmatise severe and enduring mental illness, informs research and make easier the lives of sufferers, friends and family.
