If you have ever met my son Finn, you will understand why I want to help this charity. Finn contracted Pneumococcal Meningitis when he was 9 months old. We caught it early and as far as we know, Finn has made a full recovery. 

Other people are not so lucky. Some lose their fight against this horrible illness, some are left with life altering side effects. Meningitis Now offers support for both Meningitis survivors and their families, and for the families of those who have lost loved ones. That support is invaluable.

Meningitis Now also campaigns to raise awareness of symptoms, was instrumental in the introduction of the Men B vaccine for babies and funds research into ways to beat Meningitis.

Their vision is a future where no one loses their life to Meningitis and everyone affected get the support they need to rebuild their lives. In my view, that's definitely worth a donating few pennies for. Thank you so much for visiting my page and for your support. x
