The most unfittest 23 year old ever is about to try and run the Bupa Great Run for Diabetes UK. Diabetes is a charity very close to my heart and I have raised money for this charity before. Amie (My Sister) has the condition and although it can be controlled and managed it does impact lives. I hope you take the time to donate some money. I suppose I better get training!!
