Any body that knows me well, knows ...I am not a runner!!! But I am SO adamant to put my absolute ALL into doing the GNR for such an important cause and for such a special man in particular! A gentleman who  proved that whatever is thrown at you, you keep smiling, you keep fighting and you prove people wrong with sheer determination and strength! 

About LBD... Virtually unknown but not uncommon, Lewy Bodies Dementia is the second most common type of dementia in older people. As a carer of somebody with Lewy Bodies Dementia I have seen first hand the absolutely  devastating effects of this awful disease, as well as having relatives who were later diagnosed with LBD, and know of others currently going through this. 

 Awareness and research is SO important !! LBD is estimated to affect more than 100,000 people in the UK! Please help me raise some of this awareness and funding for the vital research which can help us to lead to early diagnosis of this awful disease 🙌🏼
