With covid restrictions in place most of last year, Horsington Church School wasn't able to hold the usual big fundraising event that the village supports so well, the Summer Fayre. Also with Glastonbury Festival being cancelled, they missed out on the income that provides with some of our parents taking steward roles for the festival. The PTFA did a great job of coming up with some fundraising ideas that were covid-friendly, but not having the two main fundraising events has been difficult. This year one of the school mums is holding a fundraising event where she'll be sponsored to complete as many challenges set by the children as possible on the 19/07/21. Her employers, Practice Plus Group, will match the donations up to a total of £500. Any amount you donate will therefore be doubled. Feel free to add a challenge along with your donation!
