I shall be swimming from Boulter's Inn to Bray along the Thames on July 6th at 6am.  I'm doing this to raise money for Refuge.  Any money raised will be doubled by Johnson & Johnson. 

Anyone that gives over £40 will be allowed to push me into a river or lake this summer.
