Nearly 12 months ago a very special lady, who I will never meet, saved my life and made my double lung transplant possible. She, along with the many surgeons, doctors, nurses, physios and healthcare assistants have made it possible for me to have a second chance to live life to the full.

In honour of my donor and the many clinicians who got me through all those tough times, i'm completing a sponsored run on the 27th August 2011 through Kearsney Abbey and my home village of Temple Ewell at midday.

The funds raised through this site will go the the Brompton and Harefield hospitals both of whom have looked after me through my battle with cystic fibrosis.

Please feel free to watch and cheer me on, along the route and please dig deep and help me support these wonderful hospitals that have looked after and supported me over the years.
