Story

Hello fellow do-gooders!

It doesn't seem that long since I was last asking you for sponsorship - thank you to everyone that supported me in my last half marathon attempt!

This time I am raising money for an altogether different cause. On July 21st this year I will be flying to Ghana for a month to complete a voluntary placement in the 'Save the Widows Development centre.' This is a drop in centre where orphaned children get to spend time with other kids in the same situation. The centre offers them an opportunity to forget about their troubles and spend some quality time in a fun and educational environment.

Whilst in Ghana I will be organising activities for the children, teaching in the local school and generally giving them as much of the one on one attention they sadly lack without parents to care for them.

I am looking to raise as much money as possible for this very worthy cause - no donation too big or small!

Thank you, thank you, thank you : )
