I'm taking part in a nationwide Tae Kwon Do demonstration which will set a new Guiness World Record as well as raising money for Barnardo's.  They help children, young people and families less fortunate than ourselves, a worthy cause I'm sure you'll agree.  I will make a fool of myself but the money raised will make a real difference to someone's life so please dig deep and give as much as you can afford.
