If i hadn't already signed up for the Great North Run before enduring the pain of the Leeds half marathon i would not be running on sunday...but i did so i would be grateful of any sponsorship you could spare (and on the plus side of things i will get another medal!)

 

As most of you know our family has had first hand experience of diabetes and the impact the condition has on a persons life, the organisation Diabetes UK is the largest in the UK, working for people with diabetes, funding research, campaigning and helping people live with the condition.

 

So thank you in advance from me and from my tired muscles.
