We provide support, services and advice to help autistic people and their families

Story

My name is Victor Mantey, I am taking part in the Prudential Ride London – Surrey 100 miles cycling challenge on Sunday 10th August 2014 to raise money for The National Autistic Society.

I have decided to partake in this cycling challenge to support and raise money for The National Autistic Society because I personally know a number of families who are living with someone who is affected by autism (including Asperger Syndrome).  There are nearly 700,000 individuals in the UK who have autism.

Together with their families, they make up over 2.5 million people whose lives are touched by autism every single day. Despite this fact, autism is still relatively unknown and misunderstood.

This means that many people do not get the level of help, support and understanding they need hence my decision to take up this challenge to enable me raise money for The National Autistic Society who are there at every stage to help transform the lives of everyone living with autism.

*Accept difference . Not indifference.

*Thank you so much for sponsoring me and I hope your sponsorship will help to provide information, support and pioneering services and campaign for a better world for people living with autism.

*If you are a UK tax payer, please tick the gift aid box as this will increase your donation by 25p per £1 sponsored at no extra cost to you. Thank you.
