I'm doing a 10 mile walk for Breast Cancer Care so please dig really deep and sponsor me. This is the first time I've done anything like this but I will be with 3 girls from work...so at least there will be people to carry me when I collapse! My motivations were at the same time selfless and selfish. I decided it was about time I did more to benefit others but if it gives me a push to a bit more active in the process, it's a win-win situation! (Maybe it will also encourage me to get the most out of the gym membership I pay for every month!) :-)
