In May last year, Ed Mainwaring lost his battle with Lymphoma cancer. Although I did not have the pleasure of knowing Ed very well, his sister Hannah is one of my best and closest friends. I am running this event not only as a challenge for myself, but also so I could do something to support the Lymphoma and Leukaemia charity in the hope that other families do not have to endure the pain I know has been suffered by Ed's family and friends.

Lymphoma and Leukaemia Research charity are the only charity which focus wholly on blood cancers and the work they do is fantastic! No matter what you donate it will make a difference!
