We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

A few weeks ago I had a mad moment and decided to run a 10K which I'm sure most of you will agree was most out of character for me!  The reason?  An opportunity to raise some money for a great cause which is close to my heart.

My nan died almost a year ago and suffered from dementia. The Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading care and research charity for people with dementia and those who care for them. The charity works to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

I'm sure most would agree that this is a great cause and any sponsorship you could spare would be gratefully received - it will give me something to focus on during those long six miles!!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks

Vicky xoxo
