Vicky, Jessica, Will and Spike are running the Cardiff half marathon on 5th October 2014 in memory of Michael Soper, who died of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in 2004 at the age of 21. 

Vicky and Jessica grew up next door to Mike, mostly being beaten by him at monopoly and pool :-) He is hugely missed.
