As we all know far too many people are affected by cancer! Whether thats ourselves or our loved ones! I have completed the Race for Life for the past 6 years since my Grandad and teacher were diagnosed. Unfortunately my Grandad lost the battle but my teacher won! This is why it is so important to raise more money (hence the bigger challenge) to increase the survival rates!

 

The number one reason I have decided to do the half marathon this year is for Jess, my best friend who at 21 years old has been battling with cancer for 3 years now! Watching her cope is inspirational, this girl is so strong! So the least I can do is raise some money to help her and many others try and win their battle!

 

I know money is tight and there are a lot of good charitys out there but any donation is welcome, it can never be too small!
