I appreciate I've done some cycle adventuring before so let me persuade you why you should chuck some of your hard earned money to MASS Action.

1) It's an amazing cause (see the link above for more info) I'm covering all my costs so all of your money will go straight to Mass Action. I'm going overland, no flights so all super green and super faffy. 

2) I'm going to train for this one. All winter I've been out in the wind/rain even a day of skating in cleats in the North Bristol lanes. Some other things I'm doing to prepare/ persuade you. In June I'm riding to London to do "Ride London". That's 180 odd miles (over two days) followed by the 100 mile sportive. I'm riding the length of Wales in May (that's 250miles and a lot of hills). I'll be spending a lot of time in the next few months going up and down hills to prepare. 

3) It's going to be hot and hilly my double cycling nemesis, that's going to make it a big challenge for me. For the stats fans we are riding 120km/day with an average ascent of 1300m. That's like going up Park Street in Bristol 26 times then cycling to Worcester six days in a row. We will be wild camping in Italy/Slovenia/Bosnia/Croatia in August. It's going to be hot and stinky.
