As many of you know I'm getting married this year - hurrah!

And my hen do is going to have one major twist - I'm planning to take part in a half triathalon and get as many of my friends involved too!

Westbury swimming pool, cycle to Devizes locks, run the canal to the Bridge at Horton for a glass or two!

This is all in aid of Mencap a charity close to my family's hearts!
