My family and I are putting on a brave face and are doing a tandem sky dive to raise money in memory of a wonderful man who passed away earlier this year with a serious heart condition.

So far, his friends and family have raised £1472 in his memory and we want to keep this going.

The Heart Foundation has a very special place in our hearts and with the money that we can raise, it will be used to support those coping with heart conditions and their families.

Jay (Jason) wanted to raise money and awareness whilst he was in hospital and now that he is not here, we want to do this for him.

Please help us to do this.
