As many of you will know, nearly 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma - cancer of the lymphatic system. This came as a massive shock at the age of 34, I had just got married, just qualified as a Radiographer and had 2 small children to look after. 

The Lymphoma Association was one of the first places I went to for support and I found the support invaluable.  They are the only specialist charity in the UK to give accurate medical information to patients in the form of downloadable leaflets, they offer buddy schemes, forums and much much more. 

I would also like to add that I absolutely HATE running!  So this will also be a great achievement for me and is not something I am doing because I enjoy it and I think it will be easy.  Far from it!  Any amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated and will ensure that the charity can go on giving this support to patients who are newly diagnosed and patients like myself who are living with cancer long term.  Thank you in advance.
