For the second year in a row we are running the marathon relay as a team of Victoria College students, however this year we will be raising money for Mind Jersey.

We will be running in aid of Mind Jersey, which is a 'small local charity affiliated to Mind in the UK. Their vision is of a society that promotes and protects good mental health for all and treats people with experience of mental illness fairly, positively and with respect.' People who experience mental illness are at the heart of what they do and after our recent mental health conference we feel this is a charity close to our school and relevant to the current society. In the light of the recent suicide prevention day, we believe this charity would also be appropriate not only to raise money but also awareness regarding mental health.
