What?

We're staying up for 24 hours or more playing video games, and you can watch us! Unless there's an internet-related disaster, you'll be able to view the event on Twitch:

When?

This year's schedule is as follows:

• Stream 1 (North): 13th November, from 9am until finish
• Stream 2 (Sweden): 13th November, from 9am until finish
• Stream 3 (South): 20th November, from 9am until finish

But what does 'until finish' mean? For every £250 we raise we'll be adding an extra hour onto these streams, up to a maximum of £1250/5 hours. You have the ability to turn 24-hour marathons into 29-hour marathons!

We'll also have a page up that collates streams and chats on the 13th, so you don't have to worry about keeping track of multiple pages.

Who?

Very Scary Scenario is a group of people that like to hang out and play games. We also occasionally get together and make our own, including one about a duck that travels around the UK on Twitter, and that one about vaping. You can find more info on our website, https://vscary.co.

Pin badges? Whoa!

Mind have been kind enough to give us ten pin badges to give away as part of our fundraiser! We'll be giving three of them away to the three people who donate the most during the course of the marathon, and this will be cumulative in case you decide to donate more than once. We also won't be counting GiftAid in this total, to make it fairer to people donating outside of the UK.

The other seven recipients will be picked randomly, so anyone* donating has a chance to get one. We'll confirm who will be getting one and grab your address after the event has concluded. Happy to ship anywhere in the world, but be aware of potential customs fees as we won't be liable for those! 

*Not actually anyone as the participants and their immediate family will not be in the running for them!

Winners will be determined on November 27 2021, so donate before then if you want to be in with a chance to get one!

Why?

Looking after your mental health is incredibly important, and we want to do our part. After almost two years of stress, the pandemic has taken it's toll on almost everyone's mental health.

With your donation we'll be able to help people who are struggling with their mental health, and can't feasibly stay up playing video games on the internet.

We've done charity streams for the past four years, raising over £5000 for various charities. We hope that with your help and a lack of sleep on our part, we'll be able to raise even more money for good causes this year and in the future!
