This year I'm swimming, with my mother,  Véronique, for Team Domenica.  Team Domenica helps young people with learning disabilities, like me, find paid employment and reach their full potential. Only 5.1% of people with learning disabilities are in work in England. Team Domenica is a charity based in Brighton & Hove that supports young people with learning disabilities to build the skills, confidence and independence they need to find paid work. What Team Domenica is doing, really is working - 84% of their candidates progressing into employment through their programmes."
