Support Kerry and Honour Freddie: Running for the Brompton Fountain
On 26th June 2018, Freddie was born looking perfect, despite a serious heart condition discovered during Kerry's pregnancy. The next six weeks were incredibly tough, filled with heart surgeries, life support, and other intense treatments. During this time, Kerry stayed in parent accommodation provided by the Brompton Fountain, allowing her to spend precious moments with Freddie and create cherished memories.
Tragically, Freddie passed away on 10th August 2018, at just 6 weeks old, in Kerry’s arms. Kerry is deeply grateful for the Brompton Fountain's support, which helped her through this challenging time and continues to be a source of support even years later.
To support this incredible cause, I am running a half marathon to raise funds for the Brompton Fountain. When Kerry mentioned she had some spaces available for the Royal Parks Half Marathon to support the foundation, I jumped at the chance. This organisation makes a significant difference for families with seriously ill children. Your donations, no matter how small, will support the care and treatment at Royal Brompton Hospital.
Please donate to my page and join us in supporting this vital cause. If you'd like to cheer us on, we'd love to see you along the route.
Thank you for your support.
