As an added incentive (as if watching me be sweaty and unattractive around 26.2miles of central London wasn't enough), for every £100 I raise on this page, I pledge to do something stupid and post the video on YouTube. Yep, global humiliation in the name of science and progress. 

For the first £100 I will wear my underwear on-top of my running gear for a full day. DIG DEEP!! Suggestions welcome.

I am sure that most of you reading this know someone who has been affected by this terrible disease. It is devastating and far too common.
