Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are doing this walk to raise funds for the OPAL (Older Persons Admission Liaison) Team that Verity works for. Funds are to enable the team to provide and facilitate discharge from hospital or to avoid a hospital admission for older people to enable them to remain safe and happy in their own homes for as long as possible.
